Refund policy

We want every gift to arrive perfectly. If your wrapping paper arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right, either a replacement or a full refund.

Because our paper is a print-on-demand product, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or color preference. We encourage you to review the team color descriptions carefully before ordering.
